You can check the status of your Dooney & Bourke order as soon as it’s placed. 

For Existing Customers: 

  • If you have an account that you used to place the order, sign in.
  • Click “Order History” on the main menu of your account page.

Guests:

  • If you don’t have an account, please track your order here.
  • Enter your order number and email address.

International Orders

From which countries can orders be placed with Dooney & Bourke?
Through our partnership with Borderfree, you can place an order in over 200 countries and territories. To see if it is possible to order from your country, please click on the small flag in the website navigation. Please select your country and currency, if available, and upon checkout, you’ll automatically be redirected to the Borderfree checkout. As an international shopper, you can browse our website with confidence. Prices will be listed in your local currency, and you can enjoy guaranteed order totals at checkout with no hidden fees.

Can my order be delivered internationally?
Yes. Through our partnership with Borderfree, we can deliver orders to over 200 countries and territories. To see if it is possible to order from your country, please click on the small flag in the website navigation.

How can I track my international order?
To track the progress of your international order, please check your Borderfree tracking.

What will my credit card statement say for an international order?
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree. Your credit card statement will likely read “BF*DOONEYANDBOURKE” where “BF” denotes the Borderfree network.

Who should I contact if I have any questions relating to my order after I have made a purchase?

What are my international shipping options?
International orders may take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days from shipment to delivery, based on your order's point of origin, destination, and your chosen shipping method. During checkout, you’ll be quoted a specific estimate based on your selected destination, country, and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.

How do I know how much my international order will cost?
Your cart total will accurately reflect the total cost of your international order. Borderfree will calculate and display your complete order total in your preferred currency. This total includes shipping costs from our U.S. warehouse to your international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by Customs and revenue authorities in your destination country.

Once you submit your order, your total is guaranteed and you will not be charged extra fees for delivery.

Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to support the sale of Dooney & Bourke gift cards internationally, or the redemption of gift cards for international orders.

What is Borderfree?
Borderfree is a global ecommerce solution that allows us to offer product prices in the currency of your choice, as well as the lowest possible order total for your international orders.

I live in the United States. Can I use Borderfree to ship an order internationally but pay in US Dollars?
Yes! You can pay for your international order with U.S. currency using a U.S. credit card.

What payment options does Borderfree support?
Borderfree currently supports Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, JCB, Alipay, Interac Online, UnionPay (credit cards), iDeal, Sofort Banking, SafetyPay, and Discover, but please check their site for the most up to date information.

What currencies does Borderfree support?
Borderfree supports billing in more than 60 currencies, with more added on an ongoing basis. To see available shipping countries and currencies, click on the flag in the upper right hand corner of our website.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
Nope. All duties and taxes are collected at the time of checkout. Your order total at the time of checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree. There are no additional costs due upon delivery.

When will I be billed by Borderfree?
You’ll be billed by Borderfree when your international order is shipped.

How do I return an international order?
We gladly accept returns for a refund, provided the merchandise is unused and returned within 90 days of your receipt of the order. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions.

Your refund should be credited to you by Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


Payments

What payment methods does Dooney & Bourke accept?
Currently, we accept the following payment methods for orders on dooney.com: Credit Cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB), Dooney & Bourke Gift Cards, Afterpay, and Klarna.

What is the credit card authorization process?
When you place an order with us on dooney.com, a temporary authorization hold for the order amount is placed on your card. This is not an actual charge and is removed within a few days, based on your financial institution. Your card will be charged when your order ships.

NOTE: Dooney & Bourke reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at any time and provide a refund of any amounts paid.


Sales Tax

How much is sales tax?
State and local tax rates vary by location. Your total tax may be slightly different on your final bill, based on the zip code to where the order is being shipped.

Which states have sales tax?
Sales Tax is automatically charged for the following states:

Klarna

What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment solution provider that allows shoppers to divide the cost of their purchase into four small bi-weekly payments that are interest-free.

Select the Klarna option on our checkout page and pay using your valid debit or credit card.

How do the payments work?
You’re charged for the first of four interest-free payments after we complete your order. The next three payments are charged automatically every two weeks after your first payment and will be collected from the debit or credit card you originally paid with. All scheduled payments are communicated to you via email, and you can review your purchase by logging into your account on Klarna.

Are there any fees associated with Klarna?
No. Your four payments are interest free, and there is no fee to use this service.

Afterpay

What is ‘Installments with Afterpay’?
Installments with Afterpay’ is a service that allows you to make a purchase now and pay for it over time. To learn more, please visit the Afterpay website.

How do I use ‘Installments with Afterpay’?
At checkout, choose ‘Installments with Afterpay’ as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, but returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. It's that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for ‘Installments with Afterpay’. A minimum purchase amount may apply, and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Where can I use ‘Installments with Afterpay’?
‘Installments with Afterpay’ can only be applied to purchases made on official Dooney & Bourke websites: Dooney.com & ILoveDooney.com.
Payment options will depend on total purchase amount.

Can I use ‘Installments with Afterpay’ if I'm an international customer?

Afterpay is only offered to customers who have a US billing address, shipping address, credit card, debit card, or bank account, and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How does the payment schedule work?
For pay-in-four payments, customers are generally required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments will be deducted on a biweekly (every two weeks) schedule from your chosen payment method.

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule for all orders, and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my items be delivered if I use ‘Installments with Afterpay’?
Afterpay orders are delivered pursuant to the delivery time frames presented by Dooney & Bourke after you complete your order online.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Yes, transaction value limits between $1 - $2000 apply to purchases made on Dooney.com & ILoveDooney.com using ‘Installments by Afterpay’.

Are there products that are not eligible for purchase using ‘Installments with Afterpay’?
Yes, certain item restrictions apply if you are using Afterpay.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using ‘Installments with Afterpay'?
All orders will be subject to Dooney & Bourke's return and refund policies, so if you have changed your mind, you may be able to return your Afterpay purchase for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets the requirements for Dooney & Bourke’s Return Policyhere. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

If you are fully returning items that you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amount paid towards the goods/services will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed.

What happens if I don't pay my Afterpay installments on time?
You will be prevented from using Afterpay, and you may be charged a late fee.

What happens if I have a partial refund, how does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed.

If you purchased using pay-in-4, your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value, starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.

Does Afterpay charge interest?
Our pay-in-4 purchases are always interest-free.

Gift Cards

How are gift card payments treated when I cancel or return my order?
If you return your order, your funds will be returned to the Dooney & Bourke gift card you used for purchase.

Are prepaid credit cards handled as credit cards or gift cards?
Prepaid credit cards are handled as credit cards. If you return your order, funds will be returned to the prepaid credit card you used for purchase.
